Once in the restaurant, pick up an NFC card and proceed to your table. After the card is scanned, it’s assigned to the table and that’s when restaurant guests might stop worrying about splitting their bills or waiting for the waiter/waitress to close the order, as this process is easy and automatic.
Once the card is linked to the table, guests only need to follow two easy steps to begin their dining experience. They just input their name and choose a payment option afterwards to decide whether to receive a table code through WhatsApp or SMS.
Once an order is made, there's no need for guests to request the bill or pay with cash or card. Guests can request their final bill whenever they wish or just leave and the payment will be automatically deducted from their account.
The main goal of Alacart was to provide a smooth and easy experience for users, whether they used SMS or WhatsApp. The integration with WhatsApp was a complex task, requiring multi-stage business verification and our team handled this process with the client.
