Interprombank is a financial organization, which provides a full range of services for individuals and businesses. In 2018, the department of Corporate Banking Services and Diffco began to work together on a new IT product for business clients. The IPBank marketplace project provides an online platform with a variety of tools and services for enterprise customer needs.

A process from vision
to a ubiquitous platform
Our client was looking for technical and product design assistance to build an online platform for several banking products targeted to corporate business.
Ideation and improvement
Our goal was to rethink the process of customer communications with banks. To achieve that, we focused on standardizing the business processes, online service applications and document processing. During the first phase of architecture creation, the vision was expanded to a digital platform with a full variety of banking services and personalized product offers.
Implementation of MVP
In order to use the rapidity of a minimum viable product (MVP) approach and collect valuable feedback from clients, we planned a flexible roadmap, which was split into multiple stages with core functionality and modular pluggable extensions.
Launch and further work
Within 4 months we launched a platform with essential banking products for several major clients. Since then, we have started to work on regular extensions and updates, and to assist our client with support for the services that are already running.

The marketplace provides an ability to apply for bank products and services without registration. The client can start using any product in just a few clicks, using 2-factor authentication over text messages or email.
Schedule a meeting with a bank representative
The integrated booking system lets users arrange an appointment with a bank representative to manage specific product or service-related needs and tasks.
Smart and powerful document flow and status tracking
The marketplace provides a centralized paperless document aggregation and exchange system, which helps to track every step of document exchange between the bank and its corporate clients. In addition, token authorization is used to sign all documents online and save time for users.
Client bank integration
Client banking system integration allows us to connect the marketplace with the existing mobile banking services to allow in-place payments from the user's account.
Secure-by design solution
We have designed a secure architecture, following industry-proved policies and standards, as well as security compliance, to build a fully safe banking environment for our client customers and to set up a solid and reliable basis for product evolution.
Multi-user environment and company management
Multi-user mode provides a possibility for all employees of a company to work within one corporate profile. An advanced control management panel is used by supervisors to configure the permissions for all users.
